Preferences - Dark Theme, Light Theme - Not saved in /config/conf.user.js
Typora remembers it, but shouldn't it be saved in "config.user.js" too?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Preferences'
2. Click on 'Appearance'
3. Scroll down to 'Theme'
4. Change it
5. Bug: these settings are not saved in /config/conf.user.js

Expected behavior
All Theme-related settings should be saved in /config/conf.user.js
