Summary

Move MATERIALX_BUILD_PERFETTO_TRACING from the extended-only build into the standard Linux_GCC_14_Python313 job, so that Perfetto-related code is compiled and tested on every PR rather than only on manual triggers.

This catches build issues (e.g. Release-only warnings) earlier and ensures the tracing infrastructure stays healthy as the codebase evolves.

Split out from #2824 at reviewer request (#2824 (comment)).

Impact

  • Adds Perfetto SDK fetch + build to one existing CI job (Linux_GCC_14_Python313)
  • No change to other CI jobs or extended builds
  • extended_build_perfetto flag is retained for extended-build-specific Perfetto steps
