Release NoPoizen 1.1.1 with private libchev 1.1.3. Overlapping debug windows keep their controls and category menus in the owning window's native stacking group. Update offline frame simulations and pin CI source verification to the same immutable library revision.
Validation: 123 tests pass in both orders under Lua 5.1/5.2; Retail/Forever smoke simulations, four packaging/source tests, immutable vendor checks, Lua parsing and whitespace checks pass. Live window interaction remains separate. Forever poison monitoring remains unsupported; diagnostic and test tools remain available.
