Bump Octavus SDKs to 6.10.0

Summary

Bumps @octavus/client-sdk, @octavus/server-sdk, and @octavus/cli from ^3.2.0 to ^6.10.0 (latest v6). This is the largest version jump in the migration and one of only two repos still on @octavus/client-sdk, but every SDK API the app uses still exports in 6.10.0 (the server OctavusClient, agentSessions, toSSEStream, and file uploads, and the browser OctavusChat, createHttpTransport, and uploads), so no application code changed. The cosmo-mail and cosmo-mail-character agents already had no deprecated protocol surfaces, so no agent definitions changed.

Validation

The browser bundle builds and the test suite passes on 6.10.0, and both agents validate clean (zero errors, warnings, and info) against the shared Octavus testing project.
