The PR is a solution to the form task, where i used HTML to creat a form for the shirt orders, I haved also created an external CSS file and linked to the index.HTML so the code can be clear. no use of javascript.

it was a bit tricky for me to start a pull request but from the desktop but, is it better to use a command line for the PR ?
