Summary
This adds the Python 3.15 classifier, which also automatically adds 3.15 to the pyright+pytest CI jobs.
Supporting the new Python version is really more of a formality this time around, there don't seem to be any runtime changes required, afaict; this PR fixes the one issue that pyright complained about, though that technically would not happen (or pose a problem) at runtime anyway.
CI for 3.15 is still a tiny bit slower than the others by like ~10-15s, since brotli (from
aiohttp[speedups]) doesn't have wheels for 3.15 yet, so it's being built from sdist. :cOther than that, everything should be fine.
