Now that getPrimalDualBasisErrors and getPrimalDualGlpsolErrors have been spawned from the monolithic getKktFailures, which doesn't use a basis, rationalise the calling parameters and usage of getPrimalDualBasisErrors and getPrimalDualGlpsolErrors.
