Personas : The distinction between personas ; stakeholder groups and contribution roles may be worth clarifying, particularly if this view is later connected to recognition or credit frameworks.
I would modify trainer as : Educators and training coordinators who support learning and capacity building in research software quality and related practices within the research community. In addition to delivering training, they may contribute to curriculum design, development of learning materials, quality assurance of training resources, and the dissemination of software quality practices. They need to understand quality concepts across all levels and translate them into accessible guidance and learning experiences for diverse audiences. NOTE : I think teachoing software development skills is slightly too narrow in this context. Training and capacity building can take many forms beyond live teaching, including how to guides, tutorials, documentation, RSQKit pages, recorded webinars, self-paced learning resources, and materials shared through training catalogues. If these are all considered learning resources, it may be worth using a more neutral structure that reflects the broader range of training-related activities and materials.
