Good addition — the practice matrix is a clear way to operationalise "good enough," and the tier names (Analysis Code / Prototype Tools / Research Software Infrastructure) match the terminology PR #30 introduces for the Three-Tiers View, so the two read consistently if merged together.
One nit: **Citation*:** under "Archival:" has a stray asterisk — should be **Citation:**.
No other concerns — happy to merge once that's fixed.
