Bump cccv to 0.1.0 in the package version, project metadata, and uv lockfile. This prepares the release containing BF16 support and the OIDC CI/publishing changes already on main.

Validation: uv lock --check passed; uv build --wheel succeeded; verified the wheel metadata and packaged version are both 0.1.0. No release tag or PyPI publication has been created.
