What
This makes it so that both Stocking Input Busses and Hatches will pull the largest quantity from AE2 first
Outcome
This should fix a situation where say an Electrolyzer Multiblock subnet has 20 items configured for it that the multiblock needs to zap. It's entirely possible that the 16 items auto-pull finds by default are all of a quantity of like 3 items and could cause other dusts in the subnet that are say in a quantity of thousands to get backed up and never electrolyzed because the stocking input bus is backed up with 16 different dusts with a quantity of like 2.
Implementation Details
This works by basically taking every item/fluid in the AE2 network it has access to, copies them into a List (because for some odd reason IITemList isn't actually a list? unless I'm just stupid) and then sorts it from greatest quantity to smallest quantity
Potential Compatibility Issues
This may cause lag with AE2 networks containing larger numbers of unique items but I also think that a AE2 network with a large quantity of unique items is going to cause a bit of lag with auto-pull in the first place and I would assume Stocking Inputs are used on subnets in the first place so the lag it could generate I feel would be negligible but I figured I'd mention it here since it seems to be the most appropriate place to mention it.
