Pip and conda distributions don't have H-Bond Analysis

Expected behaviour

Actual behaviour

Code to reproduce the behaviour

Install using pip or conda to get error
Install from git repo works.

Currently version of MDAnalysis:

Conda : 0.3.0
Git : 0.3.0+22.ge6ac508
