Can't reorder accounts #5771

Description of bug

Accounts are fixed in the list in the order they were added in. If you don't want to stick with a default account, there's no way to specify the account that's selected by default in the list of the account chooser dialog.

Steps to reproduce

Add more than 1 account
Disable default account
Try to change the order the accounts appear in the dialog when launching an instance

Suspected cause

No response
