Alt not mapped in AHK

As reported here https://github.com/Nuclear-Squid/ergol/issues/400, when having Ergo‑L layout with AHK, alt keys uses the OS layout, in my test Azerty (the nomad .exe and .ahk have the issue). It looks like in the generated .ahk there is no mention of Alt mapping.
