Outcome
Make the skill description understandable to people while retaining useful model discovery triggers and the connected-server dependency.
Scope
Only SKILL.md frontmatter and the existing OpenAI short description/default prompt change. The entire workflow body, permission rules, signing boundaries, privacy limits and verification procedures remain unchanged. No runtime, tool schema or MCP configuration changes.
Verification
Skill frontmatter validator passed. Exact Mac candidate 62bf638 on Node 22.23.2 passed agent-host-workflow-contract and agent-plugin-launcher, 17/17 tests. git diff --check passed.
Submission boundary
The existing OpenAI portal draft still contains the earlier uploaded ZIP and passed its skill scan. This source edit has not been rebuilt, uploaded or published. The command-line MCP route requires OpenAI representative assistance; it is not resolved by this copy change.
