Accept standardized /service/status responses from Fabrica

Summary

Track ochami client/CLI compatibility work for the standardized /service/status response schema planned in OpenCHAMI/fabrica#119 for the Fabrica v0.4.12 milestone.

Dependency

Depends on OpenCHAMI/fabrica#119 landing the additive Fabrica-side schema/handler support.

Scope

• Accept both legacy service-status shapes and the new standardized shape during the transition.
• Treat HTTP status code as the primary health signal once services expose the standardized endpoint.
• Preserve compatibility with current boot-service and metadata-service responses until those services migrate.
• Do not remove legacy parsing in the same release as the initial Fabrica support.

Out of scope

• Dropping legacy parsing.
• Requiring all services to migrate immediately.
• Changing service-specific commands beyond compatibility with the new response envelope.

Acceptance criteria

• ochami can parse the standardized base response envelope.
• ochami continues to parse current legacy responses.
• Tests cover ok, degraded, down, and initializing response bodies where applicable.
• Tests cover non-2xx health responses as unhealthy regardless of body.
• Documentation/man pages describe the transition behavior.
