fix(deps): restore tooling and synchronize dependency pins #469

Why

The dependency update no longer compiles terminal-grid tooling because vt100 0.18 requires nonzero parser dimensions.
The bootstrap metadata also needs checksums for the updated Mise release.
The prose configuration, generated workflow contract, and rendered profile manifests must agree with the updated tool pins.

Changes

Derive nonzero parser dimensions from the existing grid constants while preserving the public u16 dimensions and rendered output.
Refresh the bootstrap checksums from the official release manifest for the exact asset consumed on each platform.
Keep the dependency updates already present in pull request #452.
Synchronize the Vale engine pin and workflow fixtures with the updated versions.
Refresh the Bun lockfile to match the updated adapter dependencies without running package lifecycle scripts.
Enable Renovate's built-in Bun manager so future adapter updates include the Bun lockfile.
Regenerate the Windows and Unix profile manifests to record the resulting tool configuration and setup-script digests.
Reconcile the manifests with configuration inputs already present on main, including existing agent instructions, shared skills, assurance rules, and prose settings.

Acceptance criteria

Both parser construction sites compile with the nonzero dimension API.
The terminal-grid checks preserve their 24-by-80 output.
Every bootstrap digest matches the corresponding asset in the updated release's SHASUMS256.txt.
The Windows digest identifies the ZIP archive consumed by the bootstrap planner.
The Linux x64 digest agrees with the hosted workflow installer.
The prose package configuration and development tool configuration require the same Vale version.
The strict workflow contract and its fixtures use the updated installer version and digest.
The normal dependency gate passes, including cargo check --locked --workspace --all-targets and cargo test --locked --package xtask --test pins.
Both native manifest sets contain all 16 profile combinations and match the reviewed current source.
The review identifies each changed manifest entry's source and confirms whether the dependency batch changed that source.
The native manifest comparisons and setup-script input audits pass on Windows and Unix.
The frozen Bun install and adapter type check pass with the updated lockfile.
The Renovate configuration validates and extracts the adapter manifest through the Bun manager.

Scope

The issue covers the existing dependency updates, terminal adapter, bootstrap metadata, generated workflow references, and the corresponding profile manifests in the following paths.
