Why

On Windows, Mise's shared .NET root can expose a newer SDK than the version selected by a project.
Selecting SDK 10.0.401 exposed SDK 10.0.403 from that shared root.

Changes

Enable dotnet.isolated for Windows so each SDK installation has its own root.
Regenerate the four Windows profile records in each native manifest family.
The changed records contain only the Mise configuration hash and the dependent setup-script hash.
Existing shared installations require a normal reinstall to adopt isolation.

Validation

Native Windows and macOS snapshot generation each matched 16 profile manifests and passed the setup-script input audit.
All 24 Mac, Linux, and WSL records remain unchanged.
The Windows render adds only dotnet.isolated = true, passes Taplo, and the nine-file diff passes git diff --check.
After a normal reinstall, the selected SDK reports 10.0.401 from a real isolated directory, and its SDK inventory contains only 10.0.401.
The shared root retains all five existing SDKs, and the consuming project's source and Rust selection remain unchanged.
Normal commit hooks passed the issue-context, staged lint, document prose, comment prose, and commit-message checks.
The full Rust gate wasn't run locally.
Heavy verification campaigns weren't run.

Closes #482.
