Generate n-point attributes related to number and properties of the intersections

The hypothesis is that two n-points generate the same number of polygons if they share certain characteristics around intersections when all lines between 2 points are drawn

Most probably we will have to use linear algebra and obtain Jordan forms of the intersection matrix to evaluate equivalence between sets of points
