devbranch for release with Alpha v9.7.Summary
This PR sets the library database to use WAL mode to allow for concurrent reads without locking the database file, and possibly boosting commit performance. I've purposely left library backups to not be saved with WAL mode set so they can be read without creating
-wal/-shmfiles.Closes #991.
