- Closes #86.

## Summary

- Recreates the ComboBox dropdown z-order guidance from #86 without its housekeeping issues.
- Includes proofreading corrections for the document.
- Replica of #91, which was closed. Its source branch and fork were deleted, so it could not be reopened.
