Support for brew (Homebrew) package manager

It would be nice to add support for https://brew.sh.
It is the only package manager I am missing on the uCareSystem cli.

@theodorosploumis I am currentlly using more and more of brew in Ubuntu so this will get in uCareSystem as did snap and flatpak maintenance
