Do we expect https://www.opengis.net/def/binary-array-ld/ to return HTTP 200?

The current test suite assumes that https://www.opengis.net/def/binary-array-ld/ will return HTTP 200, however, it is returning a HTTP code 404. Should we change the test to reflect what the OGC service is returning?
