Item with bounds="parent" overflows and misbehaves when parent container is resized smaller than item #975

I'm experiencing an issue when using bounds="parent" with a resizable item inside a container. The goal is to restrict the item's resizing within the visible dimensions of the parent container. However, the current behavior causes unexpected layout and interaction issues.
