pkg_resources is deprecated and fails to find the installed distribution in Debian 13's pybuild build environment, breaking both intelmqctl's version lookup and bot module discovery (which relies on console_scripts entry points). Switch to importlib.metadata. Also set PYTHONPATH to the pybuild build directory for dh_auto_test, since pytest otherwise runs against a build-dir copy of the source without the generated egg-info importable. fixes certtools#2648 fixes certtools#2675 Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
