when using winget, the progress bar is all funked up

Seems like the codepage is somehow incorrect.
@MikeSesketcharba Which terminal are you using Cmder with, ConEmu or Windows Terminal?
What font is being used?
Can you please include a full screenshot?
Does this issue only happen when using winget?
Can you please do the following:
conhost.exe(using the included[cmder_root]\vendor\bin\cmder_shell.cmdbatch file), then re-testThank you for reporting the issue, hopefully we'll be able to find the issue and resolve it.
