Load Vite CSS before analytics and hide the document until the stylesheet applies so the nav is not painted unstyled. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Hide only dropdowns on first paint instead of setting html { visibility: hidden }.

Superfish adds .sub-menu to top-level items, so a bare .sub-menu rule was hiding the whole menu. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Super admins were sent to the promoted-only list and could not see All Online Activities, and the public calendar selected the wrong year for future featured months. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
