When the payment step involves a third party website, like klarna, affirm, or a 3DS with checkout.com, the customer address is not saved when the checkbox to save in address book is selected. The local storage option is set to false on AddressesContainer's useEffect. Probably we need to add a prop to avoid clearing the value on payment loading.
