Update About section to use new About widget - #228

This reverts commit 2f394ea. Weblate has functionality to remove it from everywhere just by removing `en` string.
Weblate will handle the rest.
Added new Unreleased section with an entry describing the changes and by whom it was made.

I've submitted a PR in your fork. As this is coming from a organization maintainers of Enroll can't modify this. Merging currently is blocked because this and Weblate both have updated Fluent translations strings.
fix: use comments method of About
