Windows centers oddly on complex TUI apps #640

A common use case for me is splitting the screen into 3-4 windows, using golden-ratio, one on the left and a stack of 3 on the right. I use one of the right hand ones for agents occasionally, typically opencode.

On Linux, I can launch opencode and switch between windows and it's no big deal, it will resize to fit and works like a charm (PGTK and WSL TUI).

On Windows however, only when focused, the window is scrolled down by 50%, so you can only see the bottom half of the opencode TUI. It works properly when using opencode in a dedicated tab with a single window though.
