Adds an Anatomy section to the Advanced Search page: the accepted value forms, expansion to the parts of a region, how UBERON terms reach the Allen atlases while atlas terms stay within their own species, name matching for entries with no identifier, and anatomy_exact:. It should merge after that PR is deployed and the ontology tables have been loaded, since the page describes behavior that is not live yet.The new Anatomy section of the Advanced Search page covers the accepted value forms (region name, CURIE, underscore form, term URL), expansion to the parts of a region, how a UBERON term reaches the Allen atlases while an atlas term stays within its own species, name matching for entries that have no identifier, and
