Expanded the
FEATURESvariable inbuild.shto includeAVIF,HEIF,ICU,OPENJPEG,PORTMIDI, andSDL2, in addition to the previously listed features. This does not affect regular (those who do not compile it themselves) users of the program, so don't mention it in the release notes.
