electron-mcp: 1.5.0 → 1.5.1（listing-only 条目，人工复核后升级）

065a03ecbc813fc8fc25deecfb19a79cf47cf14daebda01eacd61ba8dc9cfc7b，npm integrity 匹配。engines.node由>=18.0.0改为>=20.0.0；构建改为 webpack 单文件打包。balanced安全策略逐项比对未变。SECURITY_LEVEL（也会从工作目录.env读取），1.5.0 不读取。条目不设置该变量，默认仍为balanced。改动
electron-mcp-server@1.5.1，同步 sidecar 版本、发布时间与核对时间。upstream-update-candidate.json。验证
npm test（93 项）、node --test scripts/catalog/*.test.mjs（20 项）、validate-registry.mjs --require-sidecars、两组 Python 边界测试均通过。未运行新版 MCP 握手或业务工具。Upgrade the listing-only electron-mcp entry to 1.5.1 after a manual read-only diff of both npm tarballs (no install or execution). License remains MIT (line endings only), dependencies are unchanged, Node.js now requires >=20, the tool set (4), CDP port list and balanced policy are unchanged, and 1.5.1 now honors
SECURITY_LEVEL(including a working-directory.env). The pinned selector, sidecar metadata and docs are updated and the candidate note is removed. All registry checks pass; no runtime handshake was performed.
