Apache-2.0 license and Node >=18 are unchanged; Playwright moves to 1.65.0-alpha. Documented tools grow from 34 to 72 (25 default, 47 behind
--caps);browser_installwas removed andbrowser_run_coderenamed. Docs and toolCount are updated and the candidate note is removed. All registry checks pass; the new server was not executed.
