issue_artifact_read/issue_artifact_write，需开启issue_artifacts功能开关，未计入工具数。修复拉取请求列表中的合并状态，拒绝不小于 2^63 的整数参数；其余为依赖与工作流更新。改动
v2.1.0；usage.md 补充 2.1.0 变化。验证
npm test（93 项）、目录 catalog 测试（20 项）、--require-sidecars校验、Python 边界测试均通过。Upgrade the listing-only github-mcp entry to 2.1.0 based on the official release and README (no container pulled or run). MIT license, Docker launch and the documented tool inventory (93 local, 45 default) are unchanged; two experimental issue-artifact tools sit behind the
issue_artifactsfeature flag. All registry checks pass.
