pma and adminer is not installed on fin version: 1.110.1 #81

because on line https://github.com/docksal/addons/blob/master/pma/pma.pre-install#L17 is grep "Up" but correct grep "running":

Docksal version: v1.17.0
fin version: 1.110.1

and adminer not installed too
