Give the moon chips more clearance from the name - #45

The mood/now-playing chips pinned on the moon sat right against the top of the huge display name on narrower viewports, with almost no gap between the chip and the letters below. Add a poster--chips modifier that increases the poster's top padding when either chip is present, with extra clearance under 40rem where the name grows relatively larger against the chip stack.
