Upgrade to OpenFOAM 14 from OpenFOAM 11, for Ubuntu 26.04 builds #804
Description
After some investigation, it was determined that we should move to the latest version of OpenFOAM, OpenFOAM 14.
OpenFOAM 11 is available on Ubuntu 24.04 through apt-get but not on Ubuntu 26.04. OpenFOAM 14 is available on Ubuntu 22.04, 24.04, and 26.04. OpenFOAM 14 was released on July 14th, 2026 so it should be viable for quite a while.
