test: cover StdSecp256k1 helpers - #923

Cover curve parameters, identities, generators, scalar boundaries, parity, and address derivation with dedicated unit and fuzz tests. Exercise every helper in the compilation fixtures so the existing compiler and via-IR matrix includes the standalone library.

Add dedicated coverage for
StdSecp256k1, including curve parameters, affine and projective identities, generators, scalar boundaries, parity encodings, and address derivation. Fuzz checks compare generated public keys and addresses with Foundry’s cryptographic cheatcodes. Add a compilation fixture exercising every helper so the existing Solidity compiler and via-IR matrix covers the standalone library.
