The build-and-release GitHub Actions job was failing during dependency install due to an invalid pnpm-workspace.yaml value shape. onlyBuiltDependencies was defined as a stringified JSON array, which pnpm treats as a non-array config and crashes on.

  • Root cause

    • onlyBuiltDependencies in pnpm-workspace.yaml was configured as:
      • '["esbuild","msw","sharp"]'
    • pnpm expects a YAML sequence, not a string.
  • Change applied

    • Converted onlyBuiltDependencies to a native YAML list while keeping dependency entries unchanged.
    • No workflow logic changes; this is a schema-correctness fix in workspace config.
  • Config diff (representative)

    # before
    onlyBuiltDependencies: '["esbuild","msw","sharp"]'

    # after
    onlyBuiltDependencies:
      - esbuild
      - msw
      - sharp
