Show the day's scheduled recurring tasks under the planner's date - #73
Stacked on #71 (design/planner-family-blocks), which is stacked on #70.
Summary
The planner didn't clearly show which recurring tasks are scheduled on a day. They were mixed into Needs a plan with overdue, due, undated and reminder work, and Browse tasks has too much detail to plan from. This PR adds a Scheduled today: row under the planner's date. It shows one chip per recurring task whose schedule lands on the selected day, with that day's state:
Chip
When
○ not planned
no goal for it yet, today or a later day
◐ planned / 2 goals planned / 1 of 2 done
at least one goal still pending
✓ done
no goal pending and at least one achieved
✗ not done / goal missed
a past day with no goal, or only missed goals
– dropped
its only goals that day were dropped
Rule:PlannerAgenda.scheduled lists the recurring tasks whose schedule lands on the selected day. Deadlines, lateness and carry-forward don't affect it. Each occurrence is judged only by goals for that task itself, dated that day, the same way StudyGoal.hasHandledGoalForTaskOccurrence decides it; a subtask's goal doesn't count for its parent. A task that is no longer active still shows on a day where it had a goal, so past days keep their history.
Chip:PlanningRow.chip draws it. An active task's chip plans the task like its Needs a plan tile: double-click, Enter or drag. Chips that still need work come first.
Docs: the README and AGENTS.md are updated.
How to check it in the app
Create a recurring task scheduled on today's weekday, and another that also lands today. Add a goal for the second and tick it done.
Open the planner. Under the date, you should see Scheduled today: with "○ not planned" and "✓ done".
Double-click the first chip: the Add goal dialog opens for that task. Add the goal, and the chip changes to "◐ planned".
Go to a day with nothing scheduled: the row says "no recurring tasks".
Tests
xvfb-run -a ./gradlew test: all 264 tests pass.
PlannerAgendaTest adds cases for which tasks are scheduled on a day, deadline and lateness independence, each state, past days, inactive tasks and ordering.
StudyPlannerPanelTest checks the row's chips, that Enter on a chip opens the Add goal dialog, and the empty-day text.
Added a planner strip showing recurring tasks scheduled for the selected day, with statuses such as not planned, planned, done, or missed.
Double-click a task to plan it or open its goal dialog; tasks with an existing planning entry can also be dragged into the goals area.
The strip shows when no recurring tasks are scheduled.
Documentation
Clarified how scheduled recurring tasks and their statuses are determined, and how to plan them.
The planner now shows recurring tasks scheduled for the selected date and indicates each occurrence’s planning state. Users can plan active tasks from the strip. Tasks with a planning entry can be dragged into the goals area.

StudyPlannerPanel renders status chips and supports planning through an existing entry or the add-goal dialog. Chips with an entry can be dragged into the goals area. Styles, UI tests, and the README describe the strip.

Ensure retries count as one goal whether the latest attempt is pending or
