[private] [private] created the source code in these projects and own the copyright to it. The projects contain original C# source code, including classes, methods, functions, systems, and other source code that [private] created.

+The works are private and proprietary and are not distributed under an open source license. My copyright notice and license state:

+The license does not authorize anyone without my permission to use, copy, modify, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, or redistribute the source code or binaries/DLLs.

+The repository I am reporting is:

+This is the accused TFI repository, not [private] original project. I am reporting it because it contains source code taken from [private] copyrighted SPMProject and Shadows Public Menu projects without [private] authorization.
+
+The entire repository contains [private] copyrighted source code from SPMProject and/or Shadows Public Menu. I am alleging that all of the files in this repository contain [private] copyrighted code and that the repository as a whole is infringing.
+
+I discovered the repository through [private]. A person involved with the project sent a message stating:
+
+"WE'RE DOING TFI AGAIN WITH YOUR CODE"
+
+After seeing this message, I checked the [private] profile of the said user and found a link to the GitHub repository in question.
+
+The repository was private and is illegally distributed through their contributors and was not discovered through a public GitHub search.
+
+I am providing screenshots showing the [private] message referring to [private] code and the [private] profile containing the GitHub repository link.
+
+The repository contains copies of [private] original source code from SPMProject and Shadows Public Menu. I compared the material in the reported repository with [private] original source code and determined that the code in the repository is code that [private] [private] wrote.
+
+This is not merely a claim that the repository has similar functionality or uses similar ideas. The actual source code from [private] copyrighted projects is present in the reported repository.
+
+I did not authorize the owner of the reported repository to copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, or redistribute any of the source code from SPMProject or Shadows Public Menu.
+
+The code had previously been provided to an authorized person under restrictions that prohibited decompilation, deobfuscation, copying, redistribution, and sharing. That authorization did not give that person permission to provide [private] code to the owner of the reported repository or redistribute it to other people.
+
+The reported repository therefore contains [private] copyrighted code outside of the permission I granted.
+
+Because I am alleging that the entire repository contains [private] copyrighted code, the infringement cannot be remedied by simply adding attribution or changing the license. The unauthorized copies of [private] copyrighted code need to be removed from the repository.
+
+I request that GitHub disable the reported repository.
+
+I have not identified any additional forks that I am alleging contain infringing material.
+
+The copyrighted works are not licensed under an open source license.
+
+I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law. I have taken fair use into consideration.
