Summary

This PR updates the community contributions section in README.md with the latest attribution data from the community attribution workflow.

Changes

  • Updated Tier 0-2 Confirmed Attributions: The README community section now reflects all confirmed community-labeled issues that were resolved (Tier 0: COMPLETED direct issues, Tier 1-2: PR linkages via GitHub native close references and keyword parsing)
  • Added Tier 3/4 Candidates Section: Two community issues that were closed but lack confirmed PR linkage are flagged for maintainer review:
    • @pelikhan #57520 "Recreate the Dreaming task router as a repository skill" (closed 2026-09-01)
    • @silambarasan #55516 "GH_AW_GITHUB_TOKEN secret not propagated to safeoutputs MCP container in agent job" (closed 2026-08-25)
  • Wiki Page Updated: Created/updated the Community Contributors wiki page with top contributors and recent attributions

Attribution Strategy Applied

The five-tier attribution methodology was applied:

  1. Tier 0: Direct issue contributions (stateReason == COMPLETED) — 0 new issues
  2. Tier 1: GitHub-native closing references (close-by keywords) — merged pre-attributed data
  3. Tier 2: PR body keyword parsing — merged pre-attributed data
  4. Tier 3: Follow-up issue lookup (no additional linkages found)
  5. Tier 4: Unlinked candidates flagged for review (2 issues)

Testing

  • README.md is valid Markdown
  • All contributor links use proper GitHub issue query format
  • Community section displays attribution candidates requiring review
  • Wiki page is within size limits
