[Feature request] Windowed and CLI based workflow #11

Currently app is tray menu based, meaning when it is first launched or opened while it is already running it stays hidden in a tray menu, the only way to see window is mouse click icon in tray menu.

I propose optional alternative workflows:

Windowed: when first launched app appears in detached window, if then hidden it might disappear into tray, but when .app opened while .app already running detached window appears on screen.

CLI: open -a StillCore would behave similarly as windowed. Might also support open -a StillCore --args --overlay to instruct window to stay on top of other windows (and add toggable button to window to reflect this function in UI)
