Fixes #197
Closes hotosm/openaerialmap#360
Related to hotosm/openaerialmap#359

  • hot-tracking now has no UI, instead just regsters Matomo without consent - anonymous data, so no consent needed.
  • hot-consent adds a cookie banner for users to accept or reject. In future we can trigger analytics addition on accept. For use in hotosm/website and other marketing uses.

BREAKING CHANGE: a bunch of methods changed in hot-tracking so this needs a v4.0.0 release.

Assisted by: Opus 5.5 LLM for tests and storybook examples.

I did some further digging into the legislation & we might need to add a bypass for Matomo if the user toggles a "opt-out for all tracking" in their user profile

That's on the browser profile or in something like the Login profile?

In their HOT account profile would be a simple centralised place to offer the opt-out
