Remove the SwitchCredential CRD and its related API definitions.
Motivation
SwitchCredential has not been implemented or used. With the direction proposed for Wire, sonic-operator no longer needs credentials to communicate with an agent running on the switch.
Removing the unused API avoids confusion about its purpose and expected usage.
