…y versions TestNugetFlexPackReleaseBundleFromNugetBuild runs 'jf rbc --source-type-builds', which requires Artifactory 7.114.0+. Unlike the lifecycle suite, the test didn't check the server version, so it failed on the NuGet CI server, which reports a snapshot version (7.x-SNAPSHOT-...). The test is skipped on servers that don't meet the minimum version, as the lifecycle tests are.initLifecycleTestisn't used because it also requires-test.lc=true, which the NuGet job doesn't pass.The other NuGet failures in the same job (push tests) were 502/504 errors from the test server and aren't addressed here.
