[SEO] Incorrect metadata on the Performance Management solution page #8051

Current Behavior

The Performance Management solution page defines its SEO title as GitOps with Meshery:

The Head component also contains a // TODO Change this comment. Since this route is specifically about performance management, the current title and generic GitOps-focused description do not accurately represent the page. This may result in misleading browser-tab, search-engine, and social-sharing metadata.

Desired Behavior

The page should use metadata specific to its Performance Management content.

Suggested changes:

• Replace GitOps with Meshery with a page-specific title, such as Performance Management with Meshery, following the repository’s existing SEO conventions.
• Update the description to accurately summarize Meshery’s performance-management and testing capabilities.
• Remove the completed // TODO Change this comment.

Acceptance Criteria

• The SEO title accurately identifies the Performance Management page.
• The SEO description reflects the page’s actual content.
• The obsolete TODO comment is removed.
• Existing formatting, linting, and build checks pass.
