The torrent documentation still described pre-merge stacks and deferred v2 support after #231–#238 and #240 landed. Refresh the support guide, verification evidence, progress records, and agent guidance to describe the public v2/hybrid download-and-restart milestone.
Mark roadmap steps 04 (identity/metainfo) and 06 (versioned storage) complete and record completed portions of the remaining phases, while retaining their unfinished requirements and production release gates. Preserve the earlier v1/foundation notes as history and repair the removed native-session link.
References #162, which remains open for the full production roadmap.
