[FILESYS\UDFS] Regarding the UDFS driver used by Windows 11 #1387

Description

@Zero3K20

It would be nice if its source code could be made available so that way it can be improved upon by other people. It makes sense to open it in my opinion since the specification for Universal Disk Format is freely available on the Internet.

    Anyone here agree with me?

    What specific improvements or features do you envision could be implemented in the UDFS driver to enhance compatibility with the Universal Disk Format?

    I am asking because there might be bugs that Microsoft overlooked and also so that way ReactOS can have the official UDF driver in their code like how they do for their FAT32 driver.

    Opening the UDFS driver source code could enable the community to identify and fix specific issues, such as missing support for certain UDF versions or features like streaming support, which may not be fully implemented in the current driver. Additionally, if there are known bugs or limitations, sharing the code could facilitate collaboration to enhance compatibility, especially for projects like ReactOS that rely on robust file system support.

    Also, opening it would allow people to maybe add support for features that aren't part of the specification (such as journaling in order to prevent data loss on a crash/power outage).
